All of his songs have the potential to be singles! What a dam shame that they aren't receiving more exposure! It angers me that there is so much garbage on our airwaves and on video t.v., yet, I don't hear or see anything from the Mavericks. I just became

 Comments: I have had a chance to meet the band recently. I have a few treasured photos which I look at everyday. I absolutely, positively, without a doubt, love Raul. OH MY GOD! What a talented individual between his voice and his songwriting abilities.I noticed that a lot of people seem to get backstage for photo opportunities with the band. How is this possible. I saw them at Westbury Music Fair and there wasn't any

I'm very envious that I live in such a small place and especially in Canada because we don't get to see the Mavericks up here in smaller towns very often. They played close to home in February 98 and the show was none other than fabulous. I definitely will be back to see any changes to the page.  Comments:I saw The Mavericks in Las Vegas in May and in Medina, OH in June.
 They are the most eclectic, innovative and talented group in country music. It's sad that Raul Malo's wonderful talent has gone unrecognized largely due to the fact that the radio stations don't play their music like they do some of the junk that I hear over and over. Malo is one of the most versatile artists I've ever been aware of. I love the band and their music.
